Product and Price Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main characteristics, quantity and sale price of the products you buy are shown on the product page and in the order summary on the checkout page. All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shipping fee is shown separately on the checkout page. Shipping within Turkey is free for orders of 5.000 \u20ba and above; international orders are charged an international shipping fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For international orders, any customs duties and fees charged in the buyer\u2019s country are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are taken by credit or debit card through iyzico, a licensed payment institution, with 3D Secure protection. Installment options offered by your bank are shown during payment. Your card details are not stored on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products are usually handed to DHL within 1\u20133 business days after payment is confirmed and are sent to the delivery address given in the order. Delivery will not exceed the legal maximum of 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You can send your withdrawal notice to info@zilaljewelry.com or +90 505 059 99 95.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must return the product within 10 days of your withdrawal notice. Your payment is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the notice. Details are on our Returns and Cancellation Policy page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items or to earrings whose protective packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Complaints and Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us first with any complaint. In disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your or the seller\u2019s place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Applications can also be made online via e-Devlet through the Consumer Information System (T\u00dcB\u0130S).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By ticking the confirmation box on the checkout page you confirm that you have read this form and been informed before placing your order.
