Returns and cancellations are handled in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How to Return an Item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send your withdrawal request within 14 days, with your order number, to info@zilaljewelry.com or +90 505 059 99 95.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We will send you the DHL return details.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Ship the product within 10 days of your withdrawal notice, together with its original box, certificate, invoice and all accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>For returns from within Turkey sent with DHL using the return details we provide, Zilal Jewelry pays the shipping cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The product must be returned in its original packaging, with its certificate (if any) and invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for any loss of value caused by use beyond normal inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items made to order, engraved with a name or letters, or made to measure<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Earrings whose protective packaging or seal has been opened, for hygiene reasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the product has reached us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How long a card refund takes to appear depends on your bank. For installment purchases, your bank may credit the refund back in installments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing info@zilaljewelry.com or calling us. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record it in a report and let us know immediately. For defective products, all your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved, and we cover all shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. International Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to orders from outside Turkey. Except for defective items, international return shipping and any customs duties or fees are paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
