Your card details are never stored on our website. Payments are taken via the secure infrastructure of iyzico, a licensed payment institution, using 3D Secure.

- Hosting, email and technical service providers
- Our accountant and competent public authorities (where legally required)
Because the servers of our hosting and email providers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods (for example 10 years under tax law); it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for basic functions such as remembering your cart and language preference. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as the cart and checkout may then stop working.
8. Your Rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
